Lessons from the Word of God (Sunday Fellowship)

The word of God that we had meditated is from the book of Ephesians 2:8-10, it says that "For it is by Grace you have been saved, through FAITH -- and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift from God-- NOT by works so that no one can boast. For we are God's workmanship, created by in Jesus Christ to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

Yes that's the most easy and only way for us to be saved from our transgressions by having Faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, believing that He died in the cross for us to be free from sins and have a right to be called a children of God. Accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Personal Saviour will result to having Eternal life with him in Heaven. Thanks to him for saving me, now I am confident to face him for I know he loves me very much and he already forgiven me and continuously forgiving me from my sins - for He said in 1 John 1:9 " If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.". That's how much He loves us. Therefore as what he had done to us, we have to offer also ourselves as a living sacrifice, doing good  things to please and glorify Him. Showing our Love to our neighbor can be one of it. If you have that Faith and Love everything follows, right?Take note not doing good works to be saved but rather to show our love to Him.Because as what we have heard, we will only be saved through Faith!!! So have have Faith in our Lord JESUS CHRIST.
